  The thing is that you don't know what the future will be like. You have no idea what technology will be available. Just because it's post apocalypse doesn't mean it's primitive. Besides the people in a post-apocalyptic future would probably be way more hardcore than any of us.

    1) This is an idea for a story, not something I plan to do. 2) I never said this person would win, I was stating motivation. 3) The future is what you make it, that was the point.
    Thanx for replying, even if it was to disagree with me. I have to admit I didn't think of any of those points.

      if you went foreward in time you would remove yourself from the future outcome, say if you stayed you hit someone with your car and it was hitlers dad or something.
